So I’ve learned the hard way that taking my meds at the same exact time every day is very important. My wife bore the brunt of it and I hurt her deeply as a result. But still she had the grace and mercy to point it out to me.
Trileptal has a very short half life 12hours. Missing a dose can allow me to spool up to hypomania while in which time I started taking my meds at off hours instead of as scheduled. Sometimes it would be 15+ hours between doses
So this is me making a warning, take your meds as prescribed at the prescribed times. And if someone tries to point out that your becoming manic for Gods sake listen to them as soon as they say it rather than being in denial like I was for the last few days.
